Easy and quick! Register below and get started on your theory component today! No hidden fees.

This nationally recognised course teaches participants how to respond to first aid situations and manage patient care until an ambulance arrives.

Please note: You have selected a blended course, consisting of a self-directed online learning component (~4 hours) before attending a face-to-face practical session on site. Upon enrolment into this course you are required to complete the mandatory theory learning and assessment. This is done online in your own time (or as directed by your employer) prior to your face-to-face training day.

Online Learning:

  • Access to our online learning platform with interactive learning module built and tested by industry experts
  • Access to a dedicated Online Faculty at Pinnacle to assist you with your online learning, if you need it
  • The freedom to study when you like and go at your own pace.

Hands On Practical Component:

  • Face to face training conducted by an experienced Emergency Services instructor with strong knowledge of relevant legislation, Australian Standards, and first aid techniques
  • One day (approx. 8 hours) of hands-on, practical training.
  • Recommendations and advice for specialised PPE and first aid equipment for your particular workplace
NOTE: Once you have achieved a competent result in your e-Learning course you will be provided with a completion certificate.  To be permitted entry into the face-to-face component of this course you must print and present your completion certificate. You cannot enter the face-to-face component of this course without achieving 100% competence for the e-Learning course.
If you attend your face-to-face component without your completion certificate you cannot enter the training and your course fee will be forfeited.  If you wish to attend an alternative face-to-face date a re-booking fee will apply.
First aid refresher training is recommended every three years. CPR training must be updated every 12 months
