COURSE DETAILS:

This 2-day Mining Induction Course (Standard 11 Compliant) provides both experienced and inexperienced workers with a pathway to enter the mining industry in Australia.

Successful completion

A Statement of Attainment and RTC ID Card are issued to participants who successfully complete the assessment tasks and a workplace verification within the 2-day timeframe.

Partial completion

Participants are provided a period of six months in which to verify their workplace experience. Once sufficient workplace experience is provided to the RTO and verified, a Statement of Attainment and RTC ID Card will be issued.

Each participant MUST:

Attend the course in appropriate attire. Because this program exposes participants to live fire exercises, participants are asked to wear long sleeve, high-vis shirt and long pants (natural fibres only) and closed footwear.
