This course provides participants with essential knowledge and skills to inspect a range of height safety equipment in accordance with Australian Standards.

This course is designed for people with considerable experience and formal training in working at heights and in the use of height safety equipment. Without experience in how height safety equipment is used, it is difficult to have a clear understanding of the wear and faults that may appear in the equipment. This course is not a ‘manufacturer approved’ course of training to inspect specific products.

Our course is heavily video-based and you will learn directly from an industry expert, just as if you were in a classroom. Participants will demonstrate the ability to inspect, clean, and store a harness. Participants are required to provide video evidence of these activities being undertaken in a simulated workplace environment. Participants must have access to a suitable harness and video recording equipment.
