COURSE DETAILS:

You have selected Pinnacle Safety and Training's fully face-to-face Provide First Aid course.

This fully face-to-face Provide First Aid course is designed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills through hands-on, practical training. Delivered by experienced instructors, the course enables participants to recognise and respond to a wide range of first aid situations in the workplace, home, or community.

Responsibilities of the first aider
First aid principles and guidelines First aid kits
Recognising and responding to an emergency situation
Identifying, assessing and minimising immediate hazards
Assessing a casualty and the situation
Obtaining casualty consent
Casualty management
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Recognition and treatment of:
- Shock
- Basic wound care and bleeding management
- Burns
- Fractures, sprains and strains
- Choking and airway obstruction
- Poisoning
- Heath conditions
- Stroke and seizure
- Asthma
- Allergic reactions and anaphylaxis
- Venomous bites and stings, including the pressure immobilisation technique
