This Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to become effective leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Course Duration/Schedule
This course includes 10 virtually facilitated training sessions led by one of our experienced trainers. Each session is approximately 3 – 4 hours in duration. All assessment tasks will be submitted via our online learning platform.

Each participant is required to:

Complete a set of mandatory items via the online learning platform to ensure you are a suitable candidate for this course. Items to be completed include:

Completing the course guide, which includes reviewing and accepting relevant Pinnacle Safety and Training academic policies
Completing the LLND (language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy) screening tools to an acceptable level

The above learning activities must be completed no later than two business days prior to the course date, in order for you to get access to your course assessment modules, and avoid you wasting your time during the course.
